Automated steam wand

The Sage Creatista Plus Coffee Machine features an automated steam wand which helps you to create textured milk at the touch of a button This allows you to enjoy beautiful latte art with your coffee, since you can choose from eight milk texture settings and eleven temperature settings for every drink.

The steam wand also automatically purges after use to ensure that no milk is sitting in the wand. This helps to keep it clean and ready for use whenever you need it. For safety it will only purge when it's facing downwards.

Large water tank

With its large 1.5 litre water tank, the Sage Creatista Plus ensures that you don't need to refill it every morning. This saves you time and ensures that you can enjoy coffee with minimal fuss.

Heating up in just three seconds, you won't need to wait around for the machine in the morning.

Espresso mug tray

When using smaller cups and mugs, you can use the espresso tray to provide a secure base for your mugs.

Small items (laptops, smart tech, small appliances and TVs under 43”)

These are delivered by our courier partners. Delivery usually takes no more than 3-5 working days. Deliveries take place 5 days a week Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

Delivery charge: €6.99.

 

Large items (large kitchen appliances, large screen TVs over 43”)

These are delivered by our specialist delivery teams. Delivery takes between 5-7 working days, 5 days a week from Tuesday to Saturday (excluding public holidays).

Delivery charge: €34.99

Our in-store collection services

Collect today - You can order your item(s) online, and safely collect them from your chosen store within an hour of placing your order.

Pop in store to collect your items within an hour of ordering them, free of charge (depending on stock availability).

Once you’ve selected "collect in store" at the online checkout, we’ll email you your confirmation & collection details. When you do come to collect your item(s) make sure you bring this confirmation email, and the last four digits of your payment card.

Deliver your order to store for free - We also offer a "deliver to store" in 3-5 working days option for selected products for free. We will send you an email when your order is available to collect from store.

 

Returns and refunds

If you purchased online and you have changed your mind you can return your items within 30 days even if you have opened it for inspection. It must be returned as new and where possible, in its original packaging*.

If your item develops a fault we will offer either a repair, exchange or refund if the fault occurs within 30 days of purchase (or delivery or installation). If the fault with your product occurs within its guarantee period (normally 12 months from delivery) we will offer you a prompt repair service. In all cases we reserve the right to inspect the product and verify the fault.
