Collect your items(s) on the same day you order for FREE. Or you can collect on a day that suits you, without paying for delivery charges. Simply add your tech to your basket and select ‘collect in-store’. Complete your purchase online and then we’ll let you know by e-mail when it’s ready to collect.

Once you have ordered, we will confirm your order but then we will send you a collection confirmation. Please wait for this confirmation before you come to store.

Orders not collected within 10 days of you being notified that they are ready for collection will automatically be cancelled and refunded.

Unfortunately, for security reasons we’re unable to change your delivery address to a different one after an order is placed.

• For large items such as kitchen appliances or TVs over 43”, you will receive a text 2 days before your delivery day providing a 4 hour window for your delivery appointment. If this time does not suit then you can change your delivery date by calling our Contact Centre on 0818 440 001.

• For small items, you'll receive a text from the courier the night before delivery is due. To switch delivery date, simply reply with a new one.

You can track the delivery of a large item you’ve ordered via our live tracking service, and of a small item by the courier's online tracking system. Please check the Track My Order page to find out more details.

We'll always do our best to make sure your delivery arrives on time. At certain times of year such as Black Friday or Christmas, or if there are unforeseen circumstances such as interruptions to transit due to weather, delays can happen which we can't control. Don't worry, we'll let you know if we hear of any possible delays.

For large items such as kitchen appliances or TVs over 43”:

We’ll attempt to contact you at the time of delivery and will wait a few minutes for you if you’re nearby. If the delivery is missed, we’ll leave a delivery card to let you know we came. At no extra charge, you can re-book a delivery date that suits you by contacting our Contact Centre on 0818 440 001.

For small items

The courier will:

• Leave a delivery card and send you a text to let you know the delivery was missed

• Usually try to deliver again the following day, or you can follow the instructions on the delivery card to re-arrange another delivery date at no extra charge

• Possibly deliver to your neighbours; please see the delivery card left to you

• DPD also give you the option to Pick-Up your item at a local business. You must choose this option with DPD directly prior to the delivery of your item.

For large items, we deliver to most areas 5 days a week Tuesday to Saturday (excluding public holidays and bank holidays)

For small items, a courier delivers on our behalf to most areas 5 days a week Monday to Friday and may also complete deliveries at weekends (excluding public holidays and bank holidays).

Unfortunately items ordered online cannot be delivered on the same day. If you’re in a hurry, why not choose our 'Reserve & Collect' service? Simply reserve the product you like online and collect it from your local Currys store. Your item will usually be available for collection 1 hour after your reserve it (but please allow a little longer at busy times of year such as Christmas).

For large items, we deliver to all Republic of Ireland addresses with the exception of Island Locations. Large item deliveries are delivered by our delivery service team 5 days a week between Tuesday - Saturday in most areas. We aim to deliver within 9 working days, however, this could extend beyond 9 days depending on your location.

Delivery days for large items by area:

• Leitrim, Longford, Monaghan & Tipperary - One Day Delivery Zone, every THURSDAY only. Please note that orders to these areas placed early in the week may be delivered the following week, and exceed the 9 day delivery time.

• Cavan, Cork West, Kerry West, Kilkenny, Laois, Offaly, Roscommon & Westmeath - One Day Delivery Zone, every FRIDAY only. Please order by midday on the Wednesday 2 days prior to the delivery.

• Connemara & Mayo - One Day Delivery Zone, every WEDNESDAY only. Please order by midday on the Monday 2 days prior to the delivery.

For small items, we deliver anywhere in Ireland with the exception of island locations. We deliver to the local dock, where proof of delivery is signed. Please arrange with your local dock manager onward delivery to the island.

Please note we do not deliver to Parcel Motels or similar delivery pick-up services.

We deliver large and small items separately, so if your order contains both, two separate deliveries will be arranged.

Some items are delivered directly from the manufacturer or an approved supplier. This will be shown on the product page. For these products, terms and conditions and delivery times may vary.

Choose your preferred delivery option as normal. If you’ve ordered a large item, the manufacturer will be in touch to arrange delivery. For small items, the manufacturer’s preferred courier service will deliver your item.

If you're getting a large item delivered to a room or flat above the first floor of your home or block, our team will only be able to decide if they can safely deliver it when they arrive. Our team members reserve the right to cancel deliveries that could endanger their health and safety.

Unfortunately, there will be times when we’re unable to deliver or install a product if it’s unsafe for our trained engineers to do so.

In this unlikely event:

• We’ll tell you why.

• We’ll let you know if any remedial work is needed for us to install your product.

• We’ll reschedule the visit if possible.

We do require someone over the age of 18 to sign for delivery of large items.

For small items, DPD or other courier partners may provide you with extra delivery options when they send you your tracking text, such as re-arranging the delivery date or collection from another address or pick-up point.

In the unusual event that no stock is available of a product even though you have placed an order for it, we’ll check for future availability and let you know when your order is likely to be delivered. If delivery is unlikely to be possible within a reasonable timeframe, we will either arrange an alternative product of your choice or cancel and refund your order.
