Returns and refunds

Within 30 days of purchase or delivery, you may return a faulty product for an exchange or refund:

• You can request to return a large item purchased online by calling our contact centre on 0818 440 001, or by emailing [email protected]. Please ensure that you provide your order number when sending your email. Please note: large items are major appliances like dishwashers, washing machines, tumble dryers, fridges, freezers, ovens and TVs over 43".

• For Online Only large kitchen appliances and purchases made using Flexible Credit Option, please arrange for a collection with our aftersales team on 0818 440 001.

Within a product’s guarantee period (normally 12 months from purchase or delivery): We will offer you a prompt repair service. In all cases we reserve the right to inspect the product and verify the fault. Please call our contact centre on 0818 440 001 or e-mail [email protected] to arrange collection. To speed up the process, please have your order number to hand before calling.

We do not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear.

How to return an unwanted large item

You can request to return a large item purchased online by calling our contact centre on 0818 440 001, or by emailing [email protected]. Please ensure that you provide your order number when sending your email.

Our policy

If you purchased online, you can return your item within 30 days even if you have opened it for inspection. It must be returned as new and where possible, in its original packaging.

If you purchased in store, you can return your item within 30 days in its unopened and sealed packaging along with proof of purchase (excludes connected products with airtime, such as a mobile phone, SIM contract or broadband connection*).

*Returns policies for connected products differ by network.

I haven't received my large item order and I want to cancel it

If you choose to cancel an order that was purchased online and that you have not yet received, simply complete the Online Cancellation Form here to cancel your items purchased on Currys.ie.

I've already received my order and I want to cancel it

You'll need to request an exchange or a refund. You can do this online:
