Returns and refunds
If your order is faulty or damaged, or if you’ve simply changed your mind, we’re happy to give you a refund.
Is the item your returning large or small?
Small items are audio products, cameras, computers, gaming products, small appliances and TVs (43" & under).
Large items are major appliances like dishwashers, washing machines, tumble dryers, fridges, freezers, ovens and TVs (over 43").
Exceptions to in-store returns
Our stores are unable to process a return 'Online Only' large kitchen appliances.
Yes we do refund the delivery charges in most instances. However, in some cases delivery charges may not be refunded, our contact centre will discuss this with you.
If you're returning a device that contains personal data such as photos or phone numbers, you should if possible back this data up to a different device or to a cloud backup service.
If returning an iPhone please deactivate “Find my iPhone”. If you don’t, we may be unable to accept your return.
If returning an Android Phone please deactivate Google Smart Lock. If you don’t, we may be unable to accept your return.
If you are exchanging or returning a mobile phone, please be sure you have removed your SIM card before returning the device.
