StarlinkWhat's included in the Starlink Kit?
It includes everything you need for a trouble-free connection right out of the box. And don't forget your Starlink subscription too!
Starlink Mesh Wifi Router
The Starlink Mesh Wifi Router is the key to this system, designed to deliver high-speed internet throughout your entire space. It uses cutting-edge 3 x 3 MIMO tech to give you reliable connectivity - even across multiple devices.
Starlink Phased Array Antenna
The Phased Array Antenna communicates with the Starlink satellite network up above. Set it up just right (read on to find out how) and you’ll get an amazing connection.
Starlink power supply and Ethernet cable
A 6 ft (1.8m) AC cable gives you enough flexibility to keep your Starlink powered up. Then there’s also the Starlink ethernet cable that connects your dish to the modem.
Starlink Base
If you want to have your Starlink at ground level, the Starlink Base is easy to attach and gives it better stability, helping it to find the best connection. Other mounting options, like a pole or a wall mount, are also available.
Starlink set-up guide
Once you unpack your kit, it’s really easy to get set up and get connected.
Step 1
Find the right location for the dish
Choosing a great spot for the dish is crucial. You’ll need an open area with a clear view of the sky to help the antenna establish a strong connection with the satellites. Avoid an area with overhanging trees or tall buildings. For some extra help, the Starlink app can help you find the perfect spot.
Step 2
Assemble the dish and mounting base
Following the instructions provided, attach the Starlink cable to the mast. Once it’s connected, slot the Starlink dish into the mounting base.
Step 3
Connect to WiFi
Once the hardware setup is sorted, follow the guide to connect your devices to the Starlink Wifi Router. Plug the power cable and the Starlink cable into the router.
You’ll know when your Router has power when a white light switches on at the bottom. Your Starlink will automatically tilt upwards to search for a connection. This may take up to 15 minutes.
Starlink broadband internet system
Starlink’s high-speed, low-latency internet lets you stream, game and stay connected - whether you’ve got an office far from the city or you’re visiting a remote corner of the planet. With the Starlink High Performance kit, you can expect download speeds of up to 220 Mbps.
Starlink satellite network
Satellite internet isn’t new, but Starlink is different. Most satellite internet services use high orbiting, geostationary satellites, which means that the roundtrip from your device to the satellite takes a long time. Because Starlink internet uses low Earth orbit satellites, it means you can get high speed broadband with low latency, wherever you are.
