This Sunday at 6.30pm, RTÉ’s DIY SOS: The Big Build Ireland returns to our screens for its second series. The perfect heart-warming, wholesome Sunday evening watch, DIY SOS rebuilds people’s home and transforms their lives. With amazing volunteers, it shows the power of community and how we can band together to help our neighbours, family, and friends.

Baz Ashmawy presents, motivates, and gets stuck into the rebuilds along with a team of expert designers like Aoife Rhattigan of Restless.Design, Kerry Hiddleston of Hiddleston Design, Peter Doneghan, the garden designer. Along with the build team of Liam Flynn and Anthony Darby from Collen Construction and specialist carpenters Dan Kenny and Nicky McMahon, each house is completed within a 9 day time frame, which creates highs, lows, and challenges galore.

This season will be spread across four episodes featuring families in New Ross, Meath, Santry and Waterford city. Currys is delighted to be part of this show by contributing household tech and appliances to help each family get the most out of their new home and change their day-to-day lives.
