Our Tech Experts have worked their magic on our refurbished tech. They’re fully tested, have a reassuring guarantee, and they’re cheaper than buying new tech. And you can do your bit for the environment by giving tech a second life. That’s good news for everyone.

Refurbished products need real experts – and we’ve got them. Our refurbishment team is officially accredited to fix tech from all the top brands. Every device has had its data wiped to government standards. Every product we sell has at least a 19-point check to make sure its functionally as good as new.

Refurbished tech give you great tech without blowing the budget. We offer 3 levels of product – Excellent, Very good and Fair. Please see the high-level levels below, and for full details and product specifics please see the table above.

Mobiles

Excellent

These mobiles are in excellent condition, and they work perfectly. They come with a power adapter and cable, they are fully data wiped and come with a 12 month guarantee. There may be some very minor cosmetic imperfections.

Very Good

These mobiles are in very good condition, and they work perfectly. They come with a power adapter and cable, they are fully data wiped and come with a 12 month guarantee. There will be minor cosmetic imperfections and very light signs of use.

Fair

These mobiles are in fair condition, and they work perfectly. They come with a power adapter and cable, they’re fully data wiped and come with a 12 month guarantee. There will be multiple cosmetic and sometimes heavy imperfections and clear signs of use.

All our refurbished mobiles come with a reassuring 12-month guarantee included. This means if the product develops a fault, we have you covered. Giving you peace of mind of our quality.

All refurbished products come in unbranded boxes, with the product and power cables/charger (that’s right we add the plug and cable!).

We fulfil your tech desires through internal routes and through partners. Having the largest tech repair lab in Europe means we are best place to give a longer life to tech. We ensure all devices are inspected by our qualified technicians, who carry out extensive checks and tests to ensure they are fault free.

Faulty items

If your item is faulty, we’re happy to offer you an exchange or a refund within 30 days of purchase or delivery.

If more than 30 days have passed since purchase or delivery, we may be able to repair your faulty item, provided it is still within its guarantee period (normally 12 months from purchase).

Please bear in mind, we don’t offer exchanges, refunds, or repairs if your item is faulty due to accidental damage, neglect, misuse, or normal wear and tear.

Changed your mind?

If you purchased online, you can return your item within 30 days even if you have opened it for inspection. It must be returned as new and where possible, in its original packaging.
