Individual radiator control

Ideal for communal homes without control over your boiler, the tado° V3+ Smart Radiator Thermostat Add-On lets you control each radiator individually, ensuring each room is a comfortable temperature.

tado° works with smart home voice assistants, including Amazon Alexa, Google Assistant, and Siri for controlling your heating without your phone. You can also create Applets with IFTTT to connect with other applications and smart devices.

tado° app

Managing your heating is easy with the tado° app which gives you full control from anywhere using your smartphone, tablet, or PC. By using Smart Schedules, automated location-based heating, or manual control, you can help reduce your heating bills.

You can also control the temperature straight from the thermostat itself thanks to the LED interface and manual control knob.

Adaptable

For more efficient heating, tado° uses the local weather forecast in real time to control your heating. For example, it will heat less on a sunny day.

tado° learns how fast it takes for your home to heat up and cool down to ensure your heating always starts at the right time.

Geofencing

Save money by not heating an empty home - tado° uses geofencing technology to adapt your heating. By using your location, it can start heating up when someone heads home, and turn down when the last person leaves.

Delivering your online order

Small items (laptops, smart tech, small appliances and TVs under 43”)

These are delivered by our courier partners. Delivery usually takes no more than 5 - 7 days. Deliveries take place 5 days a week Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

Delivery charge: €6.99.

Large items (large kitchen appliances, large screen TVs over 43”)

These are delivered by our specialist delivery teams. Deliveries take place 6 days a week from Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays).

Delivery charge: €34.99

Make sure to add your mobile number when you place your order, so we can text you with delivery updates. Our Track It service also allows you to see where your order is at.

Availability Checker

Our Availability Checker is a handy little tool for quickly finding out about stock availability & delivery information. It can tell you:

  • Which local stores have your item(s) in stock for collection

  • Which local stores your item(s) can be delivered to for collection

Our pay & collect service

You can now order your item(s) online, and safely collect them from your chosen store within an hour of placing your order.

Pop in store to collect your items within an hour of ordering them, free of charge (depending on stock availability). You can also choose your collection day. You’re welcome!

Once you’ve selected “collect in store” at the online checkout, we’ll email you your confirmation & collection details. When you do come to collect your item(s) make sure you bring this confirmation email, and the last four digits of your payment card.

We also offer a “deliver to store” option for selected products and stores for the same price as home delivery.

Returns and refunds

If you purchased online and you have changed your mind you can return your items within 30 days even if you have opened it for inspection. It must be returned as new and where possible, in its original packaging.

If your item develops a fault we will offer either a repair, exchange or refund if the fault occurs within 30 days of purchase (or delivery or installation). If the fault with your product occurs within its guarantee period (normally 12 months from delivery) we will offer you a prompt repair service. In all cases we reserve the right to inspect the product and verify the fault.
