The DMR-PWT655EB includes Freeview Play that lets you enjoy TV programmes from the last seven days, straight from the programme guide. As programmes are available via catch up straight from the guide, you can save space on the hard drive for shows you want to store for longer.

The remote control features a Freeview Play button, so you'll be able to access the features with a fingertip.

Recording

The 1 TB hard drive provides plenty of space to store all of your favourite shows and movies. Thanks to Panasonic's Long record feature, you'll be able to record up to 684 hours of high definition content - thanks to the compression process, you'll be able to fit more viewing onto the smaller hard driver without sacrificing quality.

Twin tuners at the heart of the PWT655EB let you record two different programmes at once, so you don't need to worry if two shows are on at the same time.

Networking

These are delivered by our courier partners. Delivery usually takes no more than 3-5 working days. Deliveries take place 5 days a week Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

Large items (large kitchen appliances, large screen TVs over 43”)

These are delivered by our specialist delivery teams. Delivery takes between 3-5 working days, 5 days a week from Tuesday to Saturday (excluding public holidays).

Our in-store collection services

Collect today - You can order your item(s) online, and safely collect them from your chosen store within an hour of placing your order.

Pop in store to collect your items within an hour of ordering them, free of charge (depending on stock availability).

Once you’ve selected "collect in store" at the online checkout, we’ll email you your confirmation & collection details. When you do come to collect your item(s) make sure you bring this confirmation email, and the last four digits of your payment card.

Deliver your order to store for free - We also offer a "deliver to store" in 3-5 working days option for selected products for free. We will send you an email when your order is available to collect from store.

Returns and refunds

If you purchased online and you have changed your mind you can return your items within 30 days even if you have opened it for inspection. It must be returned as new and where possible, in its original packaging*.

If your item develops a fault we will offer either a repair, exchange or refund if the fault occurs within 30 days of purchase (or delivery or installation). If the fault with your product occurs within its guarantee period (normally 12 months from delivery) we will offer you a prompt repair service. In all cases we reserve the right to inspect the product and verify the fault.
