Monitor your home with the Eufy Cam 2K Pan and Tilt Smart Indoor Security Camera. Anytime a motion or excessive sound is detected, you get notification to your smartphone. The AI can detect humans and you can set custom activity zones on the camera. That way you only get relevant alerts. The sound alerts are perfect for watching over your sleeping baby.

When the action is detected, the Cam 2K also tracks the movement around to catch all that's going on. That's great when you want to use the 2-way audio and talk to a person (or a pet) on the other end and be able to see them even if they're moving.

You can also connect the Cam 2K to your Amazon Homekit, Google Assistant or Amazon Alexa and see what's on the camera just by asking about it.

Your videos can be stored on cloud or locally on an SD card (sold separately).

Delivering your online order

Small items (laptops, smart tech, small appliances and TVs under 43”)

These are delivered by our courier partners. Delivery usually takes no more than 5 - 7 days. Deliveries take place 5 days a week Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

Delivery charge: €6.99.

Large items (large kitchen appliances, large screen TVs over 43”)

These are delivered by our specialist delivery teams. Deliveries take place 6 days a week from Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays).

Delivery charge: €34.99

Make sure to add your mobile number when you place your order, so we can text you with delivery updates. Our Track It service also allows you to see where your order is at.

Availability Checker

Our Availability Checker is a handy little tool for quickly finding out about stock availability & delivery information. It can tell you:

  • Which local stores have your item(s) in stock for collection

  • Which local stores your item(s) can be delivered to for collection

Our pay & collect service

You can now order your item(s) online, and safely collect them from your chosen store within an hour of placing your order.

Pop in store to collect your items within an hour of ordering them, free of charge (depending on stock availability). You can also choose your collection day. You’re welcome!

Once you’ve selected “collect in store” at the online checkout, we’ll email you your confirmation & collection details. When you do come to collect your item(s) make sure you bring this confirmation email, and the last four digits of your payment card.

We also offer a “deliver to store” option for selected products and stores for the same price as home delivery.

Returns and refunds

If you purchased online and you have changed your mind you can return your items within 30 days even if you have opened it for inspection. It must be returned as new and where possible, in its original packaging.

If your item develops a fault we will offer either a repair, exchange or refund if the fault occurs within 30 days of purchase (or delivery or installation). If the fault with your product occurs within its guarantee period (normally 12 months from delivery) we will offer you a prompt repair service. In all cases we reserve the right to inspect the product and verify the fault.
