Track my order FAQs
You can track the progress of your delivery via Track It if you’ve purchased a large item or through the courier's online tracking system.
We do everything we can to ensure our delivery times are met but sometimes delays do occur due to traffic, accidents or unforeseen situations. We’ll let you know if we become aware of an unexpected delay, or you can contact our Contact Centre on 0818 440 001.
For large items
We’ll attempt to contact you at the time of delivery and will wait a few minutes for you if you’re nearby. If the delivery is missed, we’ll leave a delivery card to let you know we came. At no extra charge, you can re-book a delivery date that suits you by contacting our Contact Centre on 0818 440 001.
For small items
The courier will:
- Leave a delivery card and send you a text to let you know the delivery was missed
- Usually try to deliver again the following day, or you can follow the instructions on the delivery card to re-arrange another delivery date at no extra charge
- Possibly deliver to your neighbours; please see the delivery card left to you.
We’ll always keep you up-to-date on the status of your delivery. Please provide your mobile number as your main number with prefix i.e. 086 9911000 should be 00353 86 9911000, we can give you delivery and order updates via text message.
If you order a large item, we’ll let you know the approximate delivery time of your order via text. You can find the same information online using our Track It service.
If you’re ordering a small item, on delivery day you’ll receive a text detailing your delivery time slot.
If the extended range large kitchen appliance you ordered is delivered by our team, we’ll send you a text reminder on the evening before or the morning of the delivery. You can find the same information online using our Track It service.
If your order is delivered directly by the manufacturer, you may receive a text regarding the delivery, however, this service is varies by manufacturers.

Large items (Excluding extended range products delivered from the manufacturer)
You can track your order online using our free Track It service. All you need is your reference number (found on your order confirmation email), eircode and telephone number.
Small items
A courier will deliver your small item order on our behalf. You can track your delivery by clicking on the link in your order confirmation email; this will take you to the courier website. The order confirmation email is sent just before your order is dispatched.
Your order will be delivered within 2-5 working days and you can track your order on the courier website.
On delivery day, you’ll also receive a text telling you an approximate delivery time.
