We understand that sometimes products need to be returned. Whether your item has developed a fault, is damaged or is no longer required, we can help you out.
Change your mind
That’s not a problem. You can return your product in its original unopened and sealed packaging within 21 days of purchase and we'll give you an exchange or full refund, provided you have proof of purchase - no questions asked.

If you choose to cancel an order that was purchased online that you have not yet received, simply complete the online form here to cancel your items purchased on Currys.ie.
Cancelling an online or phone order cannot be processed in store.
If it is too late to cancel your delivery, you can request an exchange or refund.

You can examine the goods as you would in a shop but to obtain a full refund you must not start using them, install them or input any data/software. The goods must be returned in ‘as new’ condition and in their original packaging.

How do I return a faulty product?
Within 30 days of purchase or delivery, you may return a faulty product for an exchange or refund.

Yes we do refund the delivery charges in most instances. However, in some cases delivery charges may not be refunded, the Team Knowhow contact centre will discuss with you.
