Delivery options for large items : between 2 - 7 working days
TVs over 40”, dishwashers, washing machines, tumble dryers, fridges, freezers or ovens. Please note that for appliances, unless supplied in the box, we do not supply accessories (such as hoses and cables) unless installation has been purchased. We deliver anywhere in Ireland with the exception of island locations. We deliver to the local dock, where proof of delivery is signed. Please arrange with your local dock manager onward delivery to the island.
Large item deliveries are delivered by our 'Team Knowhow' delivery service team 6 days a week between Monday - Saturday in most areas. We aim to deliver between 2 to 7 working days, however, this could extend beyond 7 days depending on your location. Refer to our 'Delivery Exceptions' section below.
* Our team members reserve the right to cancel deliveries that could endanger their health and safety. So if you require large-item delivery to a room or flat above the first floor of your home or block, our team will only be able to decide if it can do this on arrival.
Large items (excluding models delivered direct from the manufacturer)
We deliver to all Republic of Ireland addresses with the exception of Island Locations. Large item deliveries are delivered by our 'Team Knowhow' delivery service team 6 days a week between Monday - Saturday in most areas. We aim to deliver within 5 working days, however, this could extend beyond 7 days depending on your location.
Leitrim, Longford, Mayo, Monaghan & Tipperary - One Day Delivery Zone, every THURSDAY only. Please order by midday on the Tuesday prior 2 days prior to the delivery.
Cavan, Cork West, Kerry West, Kilkenny, Laois, Offaly, Roscommon, Waterford & Westmeath - One Day Delivery Zone, every FRIDAY only. Please order by midday on the Wednesay 2 days prior to the delivery.
Connemara - One Day Delivery Zone, every WEDNESDAY only. Please order by midday on the Monday 2 days prior to the delivery.
We deliver anywhere in Ireland with the exception of island locations. We deliver to the local dock, where proof of delivery is signed. Please arrange with your local dock manager onward delivery to the island.

Large items (excluding models delivered direct from the manufacturer)
Track your order online using our free Team Knowhow Track it service. All you need is your reference number (from your order confirmation email), eircode and telephone number.
Please note: in some instances, information for your delivery may not become available until after 10pm.
A courier will deliver your order for small items on our behalf. To track your delivery, simply click on the link in your order-confirmation email to go to the courier’s website.
To keep you updated on your order, we’ll email you when it’s being dispatched. When ordering, please provide your mobile number as your main number so we can also update you by text on the evening before, or morning of, delivery. Please ensure to include prefix 00353 drop the first '0' digit in your number and add the rest e.g. 00353 86 9990088.
If you’re ordering a large item, we’ll text you to let you know the approximate delivery time. You can also find this out online using our Team Knowhow Track It service.
If you're ordering a small item, on delivery day you’ll receive a text detailing your delivery time slot.
Do I have to be there to sign for delivery?
Yes. All deliveries require a signature to confirm you’ve received your order correctly.
When do you deliver?
For large items, we deliver to most areas 6 days a week, Monday to Saturday. (except Bank Holidays, Easter Sunday, Christmas Day, St. Stephen's Day and New Year's Day).See delivery exceptions section above.
For small items, a courier delivers on our behalf to most areas 5 days a week Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays, Easter Sunday, Christmas Day, St. Stephen's Day and New Year's Day).
Do you deliver to my Eircode?
We deliver to all Republic of Ireland addresses. We deliver anywhere in Ireland with the exception of island locations. We deliver to the local dock, where proof of delivery is signed. My order hasn’t arrived yet; where is it?
You can track the delivery of a large item you’ve ordered via Team Knowhow Track It , and of a small item by the courier's online tracking system. Please check the Track Your Order section on this page to find out more details.
We do everything we can to ensure our delivery times are met, but sometimes delays do occur due to traffic, accidents or unforeseen situations. We’ll let you know if we become aware of an unexpected delivery delay, or you can contact our Contact Centre on 1890 400 001.
What if I miss the delivery?
For large items
We’ll attempt to contact you at the time of delivery and will wait a few minutes for you if you’re nearby. If the delivery is missed, we’ll leave a delivery card to let you know we came. At no extra charge, you can re-book a delivery date that suits you by contacting our Contact Centre on 1890 400 001.
For small items
The courier will:
- Leave a delivery card and send you a text to let you know the delivery was missed
- Usually try to deliver again the following day, or you can follow the instructions on the delivery card to re-arrange another delivery date at no extra charge
- Possibly deliver to your neighbours; please see the delivery card left to you
Can you deliver large kitchen appliances on the same day I order?
No. If you’re in a hurry, why not choose our 'Reserve & Collect' service? Simply reserve the product you like online and collect it from your local Currys PC World store. Your item will be available for collection 1 hour after your reserve it.
Can I change my delivery date or address after I placed an order?
For large items, you can change the delivery date by calling our Contact Centre on 1890 400 001.
For small items, if you choose a future delivery date and time to suit you, you'll receive a text from the courier the night before delivery is due. To switch delivery date, simply reply with a new one.
Unfortunately, for security reasons we’re unable to change your delivery address to a different one after an order is placed.
With selected items, if we’re out of stock but know more is on the way, you may be able to order in advance.
Please note: if your order contains more than one item, availability and delivery of each may vary. In this case, you may receive your purchases separately, and at different times.
Items delivered direct from the manufacturer or an approved supplier
As we say on the product page and confirmation page, deliveries direct from the manufacturer or an approved supplier have their own terms and conditions, and delivery times/options may vary. When you order, you get to choose a preferred delivery method. Or for some large item deliveries, after you order the manufacturer will be in touch to arrange delivery.
Very occasionally, certain circumstances may dictate that we will be unable to deliver or install a product, as it will be unsafe for our trained engineers to do so.
In this extremely unlikely event:
- We will make clear the reason
- We will advise of any remedial work required
- We will reschedule the visit if appropriate
