Return unwanted or faulty small items
It’s easy to return an unwanted or faulty small item (e.g. audio products, cameras, computers, small appliances and TVs under 43”) purchased online. Simply complete our Return Home collection form.
Return unwanted or faulty large items
You can request to return unwanted large items (e.g. major appliances like washing machines and TVs over 43”) purchased online calling our contact centre on 0818 440 001, or by emailing [email protected]. Please ensure that you provide your order number before sending your email.
Return something in store
For an item purchased in-store, you can return your item to one of our stores (exceptions apply). For large kitchen appliances or large televisions and purchases made using Flexible Credit Option, please arrange for a collection with our aftersales team on 0818 440 001.
Cancel an order
To cancel an order that you have not yet received, use our cancellation request form or speak to one of our helpful colleagues calling our contact centre on 0818 440 001, or by emailing [email protected]. If it's too late for us to halt the delivery, you can wait until the product arrives and then follow the relevant returns process.
