Competitions Terms and Conditions 

  1. The promotion is open to Rep of Ireland residents ("Entrants"), excluding employees of DSG Retail Ireland Limited (the "Promoter") (and their families) and the Promoter's associated companies, agents and anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
  2. By entering this promotion, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the Terms & Conditions hereby detailed.
  3. The competition starts 14:00 on the 10/08/18
  4. The competition ends at 23:59 on the 30/08/18
  5. Draw will take place on 31/08/18. 
  6. There will be 1 winner.
  7. The winner will be selected at random by an independent person from all correct and eligible entries received.
  8. The Prize is 1 Sonos One Speaker.
  9. To enter, identify the two correct song titles in your comment. 
  10. Entrants may enter only once and must be aged 18 or over. If you enter more than once, we will randomly select one of your entries to be part of the draw.
  11. The prize has no redeemable monetary value and is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for an alternative.
  12. The winner will be notified with a direct message on Friday the 31th of August by 20:00 GMT. The winner will be asked to submit their details in a direct message by 22:00 GMT on the 14th September 2018. If the promoter does not receive confirmation that they accept this prize, the promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select a new winner.
  13. If the prize is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize to the equal value and/or specification. 
  14. The decision of the Promoter is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome of this promotion.
  15. Winners may be required to participate in publicity.
  16. The Promoter may in its absolute discretion disqualify any entries which it feels do not comply with these terms and conditions or where any form of bad faith is suspected.
  17. The entry must be submitted personally by the entrant. Entries by 3rd parties, collective entries or multiple entries will be disqualified.
  18. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost or incomplete entries.
