Contactless Shopping

We’ve developed a contactless journey in our stores to help keep our customers and colleagues safe. With this process, you can drive to our stores, get expert advice from one of our in-store colleagues, purchase a product and drive home with it, all without getting out of your car. See below for details:

We'll bring your purchase to your car

  1. Drive to our contactless drive thru area
    If you are looking to purchase via our contactless journey please park in one of our designated Drive Thru parking bays, which will be clearly signposted close to our stores. Should you want to see a product before purchase or return a product you’ll need to park in a standard parking bay.

  2. Call the store for product and payment
    Once parked, please call the store on the phone number provided on the parking bays, here you’ll be transferred to one of our store colleagues. We match the number of available colleagues to the number of Drive Thru bays so we always have a colleague available. Our colleagues will help you find the best product for your needs and ensure the product is in stock and ready to take away, finding a suitable option if not. We’ll take payment over the phone, card payments only.

  3. Pop the boot of your car
    We’ll ask you to pop open your boot and then get back in their car, this way you and our colleagues maintain a safe distance.

  4. We'll bring your purcahse to your car
    We’ll deliver the product to your car and place it in your boot.

Reserve online & collect in store

  1. When you order, you reserve your selections at a local store that has stock, and we give you a unique reservation code to present in store

  2. You collect when you like from 1 hour after you order until the end of the next day

  3. You pay on collection (once you’ve checked out, we’ll email you an order confirmation containing full collection details)
