For all online orders you must add installation at the 'confirm basket' page when you order your appliance on www.currys.ie. We do not sell standalone installation services online - you must add installation when placing your appliance order.
How to book
When purchasing in store please ensure to ask a store colleague to book the installation service when they arrange delivery of your new appliance on a day to suit you.

No. Unfortunately, you must purchase installation when placing your original order. We recommend you get in touch to cancel your original order and replace a new order. For more information please visit our Returns and Cancellation page here .
You will need to have a broadband connection with a wireless enabled modem or router. If the Smart TV does not have wireless built-in you will need to purchase a wireless dongle before we arrive.
We cannot disconnect gas cookers. You must get a registered gas installer to disconnect your old appliance. Once disconnected when we arrive with your new appliance, we can recycle your old appliance for free.
In Ireland, we cannot install gas appliances. You must get a registered gas appliance installer to install your product. An LPG conversion kit is a Liquid Petroleum Gas conversion kit You purchase this kit if you need to connect your cooker to bottle gas. Not all the appliances we sell include an LPG kit. Some appliances you have to contact the manufacturer direct to purchase same and others come free of charge with the appliance. Please ensure to check the product specification prior to purchase.
Yes we provide a door reversal service for €15 with delivery on selected models. Please check the product specification on the product page first to make sure this service is available to you.
We cannot offer a refund if you have not completed the necessary pre-visit preparations or if additional work is required to complete the installation that we don't cover. It is therefore really important you read the checklist for your installation before we arrive.
