Let's match competitors' prices

Want to be sure you’re getting unbeatable value? At Currys PC World, we promise to match or beat the price you’d pay at Argos, DID Electrical, Harvey Norman or Power City, and up to 7 days after you’ve bought from us.

How to request a price match

If you see the same item cheaper elsewhere, within 7 days of buying from us, we'll refund you the difference.  To request a price match for:

  • Online purchases, simply, call us on 1890 400 001 or email customer.services@currys.ie within 7 days of buying from us.
  • In-store purchase, simply revisit the store within 7 days of buying from us.

Either way, please tell our team the product code (from your receipt or the top of the product page), our price, and the competitor you want us to match.

Price Promise terms and conditions

  1. We'll match our competitor’s current Ireland store or website price.
  2. The competitor’s item must be brand new, identical to ours, and offered on the same terms.
  3. We and the competitor must have stock ready for delivery.
  4. We must be able to verify the competitor’s price and stock position.
  5. We’ll match the price of an item; not delivery charges or other services.
  6. Cannot be used with any other offer.
